BODYWISE
A unique practice drawing from over 30 years of research and experimentation with yoga sequencing, Pilates alignment, and myofascial release rooted in physical therapy and Thai Massage. This class aims to provide a well-balanced tune-up to the body focusing on resetting the body with proper alignment and strength to hold it in place.
Using props such as yoga blocks, foam rollers, and myofascial balls and peanuts the BODYWISE series focuses on key areas of strain and overuse in the body including the lower back, neck & shoulders, knees, and hips. Through a flowy yoga-like sequence this practice will traction and stretch these areas to create space and then focus on core work and balance for strength to maintain it.
